Beginner Pole is a perfect class for first-timers and it is where your pole tsjourney starts. You will learn pole fundamentals, basic moves, spins and proper posture. The class will help you build strength, introduce you to pole climbs and inversions and prepare you for going upside down!
What to wear: shorts, t-shirt or tank top (knee pads recommended).
What to bring: mat, resistance bands, straps, yoga blocks.
Intermediate Pole class is for students who have taken beginner classes and can climb and invert at least on one side. Leg hangs and laybacks are the core moves you will be working on and mastering during the intermediate pole classes. Instructor approval is required to sign up for this class.
What to wear: shorts, t-shirt or tank top (knee pads recommended).
What to bring: mat, resistance bands, straps, yoga blocks.
Advanced Pole will take your pole tricks to the next level! This class teaches you advanced leg hang moves, advanced spins, transitions, shoulder-mount based moves, ayesha and many other aerial tricks, building on the foundations you learned in the previous classes. Each week will build on moves learned previously. Instructor approval is required to sign up for this class.
What to wear: shorts, t-shirt or tank top (knee pads recommended).
What to bring: mat, resistance bands, straps, yoga blocks.
Pole Premier is a level for students who have mastered our advanced curriculum and are ready to move on to the next skill level. Tricks taught in this class will require superior strength and flexibility.
Featured moves include Pegasus, Janeiro, Bird of Paradise, Russian Split, Ayesha and its variations, flips and many more. Instructor approval is required to join this class.
What to wear: shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
What to bring: mat, resistance bands, straps, yoga blocks.
Pole Flow class will teach you how to connect pole moves, floor work and put them together in a seamless, exciting routine on a pole. This class is suitable for beginners. Heels are optional.
What to wear: Pleaser shoes (optional), knee pads and whatever makes you feel sexy (leg warmers are recommended).
What to bring: mat, knee pads.
A home pole is required for ONLINE class.
Pole Conditioning class will help you become stronger and progress faster through pole levels. Preps for climbs, inversions and shoulder mounts are the core of the class. All moves are modified to different difficulty levels. Be prepared to sweat and work hard!
What to wear: shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
What to bring: mat, resistance bands, straps, yoga blocks.
A home pole is required for ONLINE class.
Stretching. Improve your overall mobility with a 60-minute full-body stretching class. This is an off-pole class, that will help you improve your splits and back bends.
Flexibility is a 60-minute class for advanced students, who have a high level of body awareness. It’s never too late to start working on your flexibility.
What to wear: pants and long-sleeve shirts to keep the muscles warm.
What to bring: mat, resistance bands, straps, yoga blocks
The aerial hoop (also known as Lyra) is a traditional aerial apparatus used to improve strength, increase flexibility, and increase body awareness.
What to wear: long pants and long sleeve shirts; please remove all jewelry, clothes with zippers, and hoodies before the class.
What to bring: mat, resistance bands, straps, yoga blocks.
Lyra is a perfect way for pole dancers to cross-train. If you would like to gain more upper body strength and increase your range of motion - then give Lyra a try!
Open Studio is a practice time for students. It is the time for you to work on the moves you have learned in class and master them. The instructor will be onsite for monitoring, but not for teaching.
What to wear: shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
What to bring: mat.
Students are required to bring their own yoga mat, blocks, resistance bands and a strap. Please read the class description carefully.
